Sodalis Jacksonville

Sodalis is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is well trained and super friendly. The community is small and intimate which allows the residents to become part of a family that truly cares about one another. I highly recommend Sodalis to any family needing to place their loved one in an amazing community.

Having a parent at Sodalis has been a good experience. Danielle was wonderful! Laura and Shelby are also great. All of the staff have been terrific over the past 3 weeks. They take good care of all of the residents. The food selections are diverse and delicious. Angela, at the front desk, is the first person you see when you walk in and she is a great representation of what to expect by being welcoming and friendly. Terrell is part of the kitchen staff and he helps me out when I come there to visit. Unfortunately, I can't remember the names of everyone, but they all have been the best. So forgive me if I didn't remember your names, RAs, Nurses, Physical Therapists, Chef, Sales, etc... Finally, Mary, the Activities Director is absolutely amazing. She brings in great entertainers and keeps up an active schedule including shopping, cookouts, social hour, movies, virtual reality and of course, BINGO! She does above and beyond her job. My Mom is very pleased with her stay. I do recommend it for your parents. ** I am not being paid for this review!

I want to say Sodalis has been a blessing in disguise. My grandmother has thrived here..sometimes I do not recognize the personality that shes showing, she has made friends with both the other residents and the staff and she has enjoyed being there. I personally would also like to give a shout out to Antoinette. She is THE BEST! She has grown into what I now call her the honorary daughter into our family. She always has a smile on, can brighten up the room just by walking in! I want to thank Sodalis and the staff for the personalized care they provide. 100% recommend

What a wonderful experience it's been having my Mom reside at Sodalis Jacksonville. The entire community including the resident rooms are thoughtfully designed and offer many well appointed common areas. They have lots of activities daily for the residents and have frequent, fun evening or weekend events and include inviting the resident's families & friends. From the executive director to the housekeeping staff, everyone is patient, kind, attentive & always smiling. Everyone treats the residents with respect and compassion. They truly go above and beyond to make sure every resident feels cared for, valued & like they're all a part of the amazing Sodalis family. Mom has told me that the daily meals make her feel like she's eating at a 5-star restaurant at every meal. I truly feel the care and attention provided by all employees at Sodalis Jacksonville, is beyond exceptional and I toured several other ALF's prior to making a decision on finding the best care for Mom. After our initial tour, Mom & I knew immediately that Sodalis was the best community for her. Mom is so happy living there and has thrived since moving to Sodalis Jacksonville. I couldn't be happier for her & our family. I'm deeply grateful for everything they do for Mom and every resident.
