I had been fighting this clog/sink repair forever. He was able to locate the issue in no time (even having to go up on the roof in the rain!), and when it turned out to be a bigger project than expected, he made sure to explain everything to me and what the cost would be. The cost he quoted while working was what he charged at the end of the day. It was less than what I was expecting for the time and work he put in! I know who I will be going to for any plumbing projects in the future and I am so glad to have found this great
Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! I can't say enough good things about this construction company. From the very beginning, their communication was top-notch—clear, consistent, and always timely. I always felt in the loop, which gave me so much peace of mind throughout the entire project. What really stood out was their attention to detail. Every aspect of the job was done with care and precision, and it shows in the final result. They didn’t cut corners or rush anything; instead, they treated my home like it was their own. Above all, the team was incredibly professional—punctual, respectful, and highly skilled. They delivered exactly what they promised, on schedule and within budget. If you're looking for a construction company that delivers quality work with integrity and great customer service, this is the team to hire. Highly recommended!
Wilson did fantastic work for us on two exterior jobs: repairing and replacing a large area of deck boards and repairing and securing a fence. Wilson provided a detailed bid for materials, labor and timeline. The quality of the work was excellent, and the job was completed on time, on budget, with no surprises. The crew was reliable and professional, showed up when promised, protected the surrounding areas as they worked, and took care to clean up after. Thank you, guys!! We will definitely call on SmithWay in the future!
SmithWay and the team did an incredible job turning our closet into a half bath. Our home is historic and it took special care to do this project. They had experience working with older homes and the renovation went very smoothly. They communicate well, are reasonably priced and take pride in their work. We love our new bathroom!
Thank you SmithWay for the great work! We had one of those old floor furnaces that needed removed and these guys made it happen! They even came back out a second time to make sure the floors were as smooth as possible! I appreciate the attention to detail. I would recommend SmithWay to anybody around town!
