My wife and I enjoyed the walk and the terrain was level for the most part. It wasn't too crowded but it's a great place to bring children. Parking is along a narrow street in front of other people's houses. Just respect the driveway entrances of the neighborhood and people wearing dark clothes and you should have a good time.

Can’t wait to see this year’s display! It’s become an annual tradition for me and my youngest son. We always have a great time together and really enjoy all of the lights, inflatables and animatronics. How gracious that someone would open up their own yard to strangers and ask for nothing but a small donation at the back of the property (just a box and sign) where several photo backgrounds are provided to create a forever memory. Please take care as you walk the property. I’d like to keep visiting it for years to come. 🫶🎅🏻🎄🎁
This house is OUTSTANDING! We found it our first Christmas here in Jax and it became my kids favorite Christmas lights tradition. 2025 they expanded and added even more. Its free,a nice walk through with different theme areas and photo opportunities. It's all outside just FYI so dress for the weather. No bathrooms as its simply a home. It'll take 15-30 min MAX to go through if you stop at each area,do photos,color or play a game. Parking in on the street in the neighborhood so it can be super close or down a bit depending on how busy it is. Just be sure not to block roads or driveways.
This was a super cool place to walk through and see Christmas lights. We enjoyed all of the many christmas displays. It was so magical and amazing
This place is amazing!! About an acre or so of lights and inflatables with varying themes: Frozen, Polar Express, Peanuts, Bluey… all sorts of stuff! They even have a snow blower where the kids can run around and actually get to experience snow in Jacksonville!! Vary cool! I definitely recommend it!
