  It’s disheartening for me to even be writing this because I’ve been a patient here for quite some time and have always tried to be understanding when unexpected situations arose. In previous years, when appointments had to be rescheduled due to issues such as JEA working on a water line, I understood that those circumstances were beyond your control. However, this most recent experience has left me feeling like my time and business are not valued. My original appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM on June 10, 2026. The day before, I received a call informing me that my appointment had been moved to 12:00 PM. While inconvenient, I accepted the change since I had already taken the entire day off work for the appointment. Then, approximately three hours before my 12:00 PM appointment, I received another call stating that my appointment had been canceled because the air conditioning was not working. What made this especially frustrating was that when I drove by the office, I observed patients still being seen despite being told my appointment could not take place. At that point, it became difficult not to feel as though I was simply not a priority. I genuinely loved this practice and had intended to remain a patient for years to come, but this experience has significantly damaged my confidence in the level of professionalism and consideration shown toward patients. Unfortunately, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I wish your team the best, but I can no longer support a practice that makes me feel as though my time is unimportant.
