I had a great experience thanks to Nichole. She was kind, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Every time I called with questions about my storage unit, she took the time to answer them patiently and made sure I understood everything. Her excellent customer service made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Thank you, Nichole!
We had an incident where someone had moved into the storage unit we had rented the day before. Of course it was very frustrating because we had all of our stuff ready to move in and now we had nowhere to put it. Nicole was super helpful clearing up the mixup in a quick and efficient way and offering us a very successful alternative. We really appreciated her assistance today!
My Smartstop storage location is an old building but is managed by the most amazing manager… Nechole is the best customer service rep I’ve ever met (from any company). I’m rating it high because of her … the building needs some help - so my rating would be adjusted if it weren’t for her.
Necole at the office was awesome! Super welcoming the minute I walked in. Gave me the tour and was good to go. The unit itself was spotless clean!
The site manager was extremely kind and helpful. She made some changes really easy. Grateful for that with everything else I have going on in life right now
