I’ve been using SmartStop on 210 for almost 2 years now. It’s been a fantastic experience. Raymond has been exceptional as well. When I first got the unit, I put the lock on but didn’t slide the metal over to engage it. He noticed and checked the unit for me, then called to let me know what I’d done. Today I stopped in with some questions about my unit and he gave me all my options and helped me decide what would work best for me. He truly cares about the customer and helped me solved my concerns quickly. I would recommend them anyone!
We have rented a storage unit for the last 2 1/2 years and have never had an issue. Recently, we needed to make a change to our agreement and contacted the office personnel. Raymond was very understanding and helpful. Additionally, the new worker (didn’t catch his name) was extremely considerate and helped me open my lock packaging without me asking. I highly recommend this location for all your storage needs!

What stood out most was his customer service skills—Raymond was patient, attentive, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s not often you come across someone who balances efficiency with such a friendly attitude. He made what could have been a stressful process feel simple and straightforward. Overall, I’d highly recommend SmartStop Self Storage, especially because of the excellent service Raymond provides. It’s clear he takes pride in helping customers and represents the business very well.
There was an accident with my unit and Emma came in on her day off to help me with the issue quickly and efficiently. She was able to get me into a different unit with ease and helped me stay calm throughout the process. This location is extremely helpful and both Emma and Raymond do a fantastic job.
Super fast and easy to set up. Very convenient hours as well. Staff was very nice and helpful!
