I gotta thank the guys at Smart Tire. I requested a wheel alignment for my Supra, Hussam & Chouki were amazing with me and diagnosed the car for me as well. Amazing customer service and I’ll be coming to them from now for my next service.
We had such a great experience at Smart Tire! Mike, the owner, was incredibly helpful, understanding, and genuinely cared about our situation. We’re preparing for a road trip next month and needed quite a bit of work done on our vehicle, but we’re also a single-income household with three kids (which he didn’t know), so staying within budget was really important. Mike took the time to walk us through everything and helped us prioritize the most important repairs for our family’s safety. He never made us feel pressured—just supported. He worked with us to make sure we could get everything we needed done within our budget, which meant so much to us. We usually try to handle car repairs ourselves to save money, but knowing we have a trustworthy, honest place like Smart Tire nearby gives us so much peace of mind for the future. Truly good people doing great work. We’re so grateful and will definitely be recommending them to all our family and friends!
I was recommended by a friend of mine who did a service on his brakes. So I thought I’d stop by and get a quote on a diagnostic for suspension. And honestly, Smart Tire did the job very well done at a reasonable price. They’ve found what was the problem and it turned out I had a clunky noise from my sway bar endlinks in the rear and worn out bushings from my control arms. They got the parts and replaced it for me in the exact same day. I definitely was very happy with the results and no more noise afterwards. Thank you to the mechanics for the quick service and excellent customer service.
We have been coming to Smart Tire for over a year to service our vehicles at their location. And we are always being welcomed with a big smile and the mechanics are always willing to help. We appreciate the service and always look forward working with them.
Brought my WRX in to get the pads and rotors swapped out. Shop was able to get off the wheel locks on my wheels that I lost the key for which greatly appreciated as well as replacing a couple studs that were previously rusted off. While putting the rotors on they noticed one of my calipers wasn’t engaging correctly and they were able to get that fixed as well. With the changing of the caliper they also went ahead and painted a nice glossy red finish to match the rest of the car which looks fantastic now . Driving the car around after bedding the brakes it feels much smoother and has more stopping now, the shop did a good job fixing all the misc. issues I had without concern really. Mike was the one I corresponded with throughout the fix and he was very professional and clearly communicated everything they were doing, involving the process and the pricing with full transparency. I’ll be coming back for any future work I need done
