A great team here that works hard. They helped me get approved through insurance for my Zepbound, which my primary provider's office was unable to do. I really appreciate their effort and support throughout the process. I know that whatever guidance or support I need on my wellness journey, I can trust that I'll have access to the best options here.
I cannot say enough good things about Slym Wellness they have truly helped me get my life back. I absolutely love, love, love this team. They took the time to help me better understand my hormones, my body, and my weight in a way that made me feel supported and empowered. If you’ve been struggling, feeling off, frustrated, or just want to better understand your hormones and overall wellness, I highly recommend reaching out to them. Their guidance and support have made such a difference for me. So thankful for everything they’ve done ❤️
Dear Jason Jacobson, ARNP and the SLYM WELLNESS CLINIC Team,Thank you so much for the exceptional care I recently received. Your professionalism, kindness, and thorough approach made a difficult health situation so much easier to navigate. I am incredibly grateful for everything you do.
Was initially contacted by them after seeing it on Facebook. However, the push to pay for a consultation seemed strange. Very rude or pushy text messages made me think again. The text messages I was receiving was a bit off too at 8pm at night to sign up. I decided to choose another place.
Excellent!! Jason explain everything in details very professional. Sara always pending about her patients giving good recommendations and explanations in every detail ❤️
