Five stars for a very good sleep study done from the comfort of home and with a very good support and service before and after the initial sleep study. I had a good experience from my initial meeting with my staff coordinator— initially by phone and later by email. She then set me up for a zoom call with the doctor and she checked back with me every step I took. The Dr was very thorough in his questioning and examination before he mailed out my sleep study materials. They arrived quickly and I took the sleep study one night from the comfort of my home before meeting with him again to review his findings. I have now slept better for over a year and I look forward to taking the next sleep study with Singular Sleep soon.
As an OSA patient, the Philips recall has been extremely stressful to navigate. My former ENT specialist was not easily accessible, but finding a new device from Singular Sleep was a very easy and enjoyable process. They allow you to shop the store online and set up a telemed appointment to receive a prescription for the device. Dr. Krainin was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and accessible. He is my go-to doctor for sleep quality, and I will be recommending others to consider this practice going forward.
Singular Sleep is a excellent service if you need a sleep study done they are quick to respond to your request. I ordered a sleep study and got my kit took the sleep study and had my results with in a week. That includes them mailing me the kit taking the sleep study returning the kit for the Doctor to give me a full sleep study analysis with my results. Also for Veterans looking for a sleep study excellent place to go if you want a sleep study without having to waiting for months to get on a VA sleep study list. Once I got my results and Dr. Krainin sent me my prescription I sent the information to the VA and got a CPAP from the VA within 3 weeks. Dr. Krainin also does nexus letters if needed for a VA claim.
I would like to thank Dr. Krainin for his SUPERB nexus letter for my sleep apnea VA claim. My sleep apnea nexus letter was previously denied by another Doctor, so I resubmitted my claim from Dr. Krainin and the claim went to a higher level review(HLR) with the VA. In my HLR, which you are speaking with a senior level VA reviewer, he immediately approved my claim and told me it was one of the most convincing and comprehensive letters he has ever seen. If you want your sleep apnea claim approved, I am now receiving an additional $600 per month thanks to Dr. Krainin. I highly recommend Singular Sleep.
Discovered Singular Sleep online as wife was constantly snoring and neither of us were getting quality sleep. Awesome experience all the way through from ordering the test kit to the consultation with the doctor to placing the order for the correct CPAP equipment. Singular Sleep has been a godsend as we both now get good sleep! Highly Recommend!
