Monday 4-13-26. I call Skymarks Family Dental Care. I spoke to Yeni to see if I could get an appointment ASAP because my tooth had broken off and the root was still embedded in my gum. Yeni got me in today @ 12:00PM. April my hygienist took x-rays of my teeth. I signed forms given to me by Alexa. Dr. N. Mody came in and her personality was as beautiful as she was. April who's personality was the same as Dr. Mody, went over a plan for me. I met Shapago, in the room that the procedure took place. Shapago offered me a blanket and I accepted. Dr. Mody came in and she and Shapago began the extraction. Because of how the tooth was broken off, it was a struggle trying to get it out. But I continued to pray to God and with Him as all the Beautiful woman helping me, the job was done. I Thank God for each and everyone of those ladies for a job perfectly done. I would give my experience today and A+. I will refer anyone who's indeed of a dentist office, Skymarks Family Dental Care in River City , should be their first and only choice. 😘 😇
Scheduled an appt. No one verified my information or insurance when making the appointment. Made them aware the appt was for an emergency. Get to the facility, the lady at the desk says the appt was canceled due to me not confirming. When no one called because they did not verify my information when taking the appt. Then they say at the desk we no longer accept your insurance. So if you could see my insurance when you scheduled the appointment WHY waste my time having me come up here after taking off from work for an EMERGENCY appt. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional! Would not recommend to anyone.
THEY ABSOLUTELY NEVER RETURN CALLS OR MESSAGES!! THEY ALSO WOULD PUT YOU ON HOLD AND NEVER RETURN TO THE PHONE! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. THE DENTISTS ARE PRETTY GOOD. IT'S THE ALLIED WORKERS THAT AREN'T DOING THEIR JOBS!
Great staff very friendly, informative, positive energy and clarity. This is office. I definitely recommend to all friends and family.
The staff is so nice, attentive and professional. The office itself is very clean, warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back as they now have a customer for life.
