This is the most reliable shop I’ve ever had work done. They were honest, timely, and polite. As a woman, they didn’t try to scam me and I felt confident with the quote I was given and the work being done was broken down into terms I could understand who doesn’t understand cars. They communicated efficiently when my vehicle was going to be done and the progress while it was being worked on. 10/10 would recommend to anyone to any repairs for honest and reliable work!
I originally left a negative review after a frustrating phone interaction with 6th Street Automotive. After the owner, Mannie, personally responded to my review and then took the time to speak with me directly, I have a completely different impression of the business. Mannie was genuinely professional and seemed to care about what happened and, more importantly, about running his business the right way. He listened to my concerns, took my information, and is working on getting me a quote for replacing the body control module on my truck. I haven't actually had the repair done yet, so I can't speak to the quality of their work or the final outcome. However, I can say that the way the owner handled my complaint definitely changed my opinion of the business. He could have simply dismissed a negative review, but instead he reached out personally and made an effort to address the situation. I appreciate that, and I'm glad I gave them another chance. I'll update my review again once I have more experience with the actual repair, but based on my interaction with the owner, I feel much better about doing business with 6th Street Automotive.
I have taken my truck to Sixth Street Automotive on several occasions for regular maintenance, repairs, and other concerns. With every visit, I have always been greeted and welcomed by the staff. My concerns have always been resolved quickly and professionally. I will continue to take my vehicles to Sixth Street in the future.
Great customer service. Car was fixed quickly. Reasonable pricing. Staff is friendly.
