Sitex Landscape

This landscaping company talks a good game but has lousy follow through. Our HOA employed them as our landscapers for our community. They didn’t fertilize properly, missing areas; they promised to weed the flowerbeds and keep up with the irrigation systems checking to be sure everything was in working order and watering sufficiently but they didn’t. We were promised mulching and clipping of hedges ands trees as needed in the common areas but again they didn’t do that either. For the amount they charged us the only service they provided was mowing and edging but the edging was done with a weed whacker so it wasn’t done well. They actually damaged two different homes by running into the metal base kick board of a lanai with a riding mower on one home and running into the stucco causing damage on another. Overall this company SUCKS! They are unreliable and careless. I would not recommend them for your community landscaping.

If I could give a negative star, I would! Forced to use this company with my development... grass dead because sprinklers don't work and have not for months. Fire ants so bad my kid and dog have bites from them. Weeds everywhere (in grass in flower beds - not just my property all throughout the neighborhood). Put in several tickets and now they are coming back that they don't take care of my neighborhood (give some neighborhood I don't know, not mine). Try calling back and "Betty" is not reachable! Just plain HONORABLE!!!

The worst possible landscaping service I have ever seen. The only thing they do (and that is half way) is cutting grass, do not hire them for trimming. Forget about fertilizing, and replacing plants, to replace broken items by their grass-cutters takes and eternity to have it replaced. I am at Vitalia in Tradition, Port St. Lucie, Fla.

Not happy this problem has happened 2 years in a row, neighbors sent pictures of how bad it was both years. We bought in the community so when were gone it's taken car of! Hopefully next year this won't happen!!!.
