Highly recommend. There was a discrepancy with the order, no ones fault just an oversight and within less than 24 hours they corrected the issue, they also allowed me to keep the shirts that were too big. Very sweet people.
I ordered a custom jacket for work and initially, the process seemed simple and convenient. I was able to email in the item details, attach pictures of the logos I wanted, and specify their placements. Ordering was easy, and I appreciated being able to pay over the phone. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill after that. I was told the jacket would be ready in about 7–10 business days, but it ended up taking close to a month. Throughout that time, there was a serious lack of clear communication. I called multiple times for updates and received different answers each time. I was told I would receive a text with pickup instructions and the address when it was ready — that never came. When I tried to pick up the item, the address in the email chain led me to a house, not a business. I had to call again just to figure out where to go. After all that confusion and delay, I finally got the jacket — only to find out the logo I was most excited about was wrong. I had been really looking forward to this jacket, and while I was willing to wait a little longer than expected, the disorganized process and incorrect final product left me feeling disappointed. After everything, I decided to just take the loss — but it’s frustrating not to have received what was paid for, especially after putting so much time and effort into getting it right. :( I hope they improve their communication and quality control moving forward.
The manager is so unprofessional! Money hungry! Instead of checking to see if she have received my logo via email while standing in her face. She tells me a week later she didn’t receive it when she promised me my shirts would be finish’s week out. I drove an hour away from the location. If your looking for great customer service this is NOT this place. You get what your paying for. I recommend paying extra for quality. This place could have had a big account with the Jacksonville Jags!
I had a huge order of some 20 + shirts pants and hats that were completed and shipped to me an excellent time frame. They we're also able to answer any question that I had and we're very patient with me. I definitely would give these guys a chance to earn your business.
This place is a great place to get custom made shirts & hoodies! If they don't have your size or color in stock, they will order it for you. The prices are great & they can put just about any image on the merchandise you choose!
