My experience with Sims has been nothing but wonderful. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Can’t really find many companies today reflecting those qualities. The install is beautiful and they respond quickly for any warranty repairs. Pete is the technician that always comes out for those and he is very warm and pleasant. With his over 30 years experience, I feel very confident in his work. Sims was recommended to me and I am recommending Sims to all who are looking for a screen install.
Used Sims three times and they always perform 100%. They are on time and get the job done. Workmanship is second to none. I would highly recommend. The last gutter job they did for me was installing them on new buildings. Brett and Eric did the project and did a great job. They got on site and never stopped until the job was done.
Had a great experience with Brett and Eric today installing my new gutters. Went the extra mile and set it up way better than I had it before, eliminating my water build-up issues. Would highly recommend.
Pete came to replace a screen panel and bug sweep on our lanai today. Fortunately, we were home as we had not been notified of his expected arrival. He did the job quickly and efficiently, and was quite pleasant. As he was packing up, he noticed the soffit on the east side of our house drooping and shot a few screws in to put it right. Most impressive!!
