amazing product! I had a bunch of business cards with an old address on them and easily updated them with a little whiteout and new address stamp. I was able to save hundreds. Thank you
My experience was great from start to finish. The website was easy to use, uploading my custom design was seamless. I needed to make a change to my order after purchase, and I emailed them after hours to request the change. I was concerned because I ordered w/ rush delivery, so I was not sure the change was going to be made. But when I woke up the next day, I already had an email from customer service that my change was processed. Received my Embosser Seal in the mail today and everything is PERFECT! Thank you!
Update: Simply stamps promptly responded to my previous review and sent me out a new stamp right away. This one being perfect. Great customer service and I appreciate that they took the time to fix it! Sadly don’t love the stamp. The design itself turned out fine but there are a ton of little lines that show up when you press hard - which you have to do to get the entire ink payoff. I’ve tried trimming the line pieces off with some nail cutters but ideally, it would have been cut better in the first place.
Terrible customer service and graphic design. They crammed our address in and made it impossible to read. Clearly they don’t take care in their work. I would not recommend ordering from them.
Our custom embosser was shipped and arrived two days early. Great service. I was a little worried that my design was too intricate but it looks great! Thank you Simply Stamps!
