Working with this team has been a complete nightmare. I've encountered penalties due to my sales tax being filed late; a consequence of one team member leaving early and neglecting to inform anyone of the outstanding work. It required a personal visit to the office to get anyone to address my concern, only to discover that the person was being dishonest about certain unnecessary matters. There were instances when my calls were ignored unless I dialed from a different number. Currently, my 2021 tax returns have been declined due to missing documents, and they have not been helpful in resolving. My scheduled meeting with the owner was cancelled today and exchanged with a rushed phone call to tell me it will cost more for the correction.They have suppressed my voice, as a client, I am denied the opportunity to share my experience or express my concerns. I sought their assistance as a small startup, but now my foundation is completely shattered with no resolution in sight.
