  I am compelled to express my disappointment regarding the service I received from Shy Singleton, owner of Shy Singleton Insurance Group, and her daughter, Shymeka Singleton. The matter in question arose when Shymeka provided erroneous information concerning my account, which I endeavored to rectify through her and by contacting the DMV as directed. However, the DMV indicated that the information provided was incorrect. Following further effort on my part, Shymeka eventually furnished the accurate information to LexisNexis, a step that could have obviated unnecessary delays had it been done earlier. When I contacted Shy Singleton Insurance Group again, Shy Singleton terminated the call, citing my purportedly loud speaking tone. For clarity, my upbringing in a lively environment led me to believe my tone was normal. Subsequently, I reconnected with the company regarding the issue and encountered a response from Shy Singleton that I perceived as defensive. The conversation escalated, culminating in the call being terminated. Prior to the call being terminated, she said her company would no longer handle me and they didn't get paid for it esc she even went so far is to talk down towards me about her growth as being retired at the Patterson or Jefferson school im jus appalled and shes a retired principal. Throughout the interaction, I just wanted clarity and correction of inaccuracies in my account information and expressed frustration at the service received. As a customer, I believe I am entitled to expect accurate information and respectful treatment. While I do appreciate Shymeka's efforts in rectifying one aspect of my account information, the overall experience was marred by inadequate communication and a lack of accountability. If my tone was perceived as rude, I offer my apology, but I felt it necessary to respond to the unprofessional manner in which my concerns were addressed.
