If I could give Shutts & Bowen 0 stars, I would. I worked with one of their partners, Tim, for over a month and had the worst experience with a professional service that I've ever encountered. More than a dozen deadline commitments were made and unmet. After delay after delay, I finally sent an email expressing my frustrations and outlining all of the unmet promises. Instead of the expected outcome of getting things moving, I received an email stating that "the relationship is poisoned" and we should seek council elsewhere. Me and my business partner lost an entire month working with these clowns, which delayed our business formation. STAY AWAY!
Call because they claim they are pro bono on their website the Florida bar even said they are pro bono. said sorry we can't take your case we don't handle that kind of stuff we don't do pro bono or constituency I want to recommend calling them because of this is false advertising and makes this a fake law firm because the nice people I talked to before the intake person so I don't know if it's just the intake person but I wouldn't even bother calling because apparently that person is telling almost everybody that they're not taking
I received a referral to this law firm from a trusted friend. Catherine, Timothy, Nicole and the entire team were very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They not only resolved the challenge, they did it quickly. I can't express how grateful I am for their help. Thank you Shutts and Bowen!

Just know something as simple as settling a will; will cost you the same as a murder trial attorney with this firm. They don’t respond, they don’t communicate well, and honestly they’re going to drag your case on for as long as they can so they can get as much money as they can. Go to a small practice where they actually give a shit about your case or drain your account working with this awful law firm!
