Norma (and Terry) is impossible to speak with, constantly on vacation, and no one at this firm will update you on the process of what's going on. They will send you documents with other people's social security numbers, or just completely missing information, making you have to double check the work you are paying for. They won't respond to emails or phone calls and use an answering service, making it impossible to communicate with anyone at this firm. One of the worst attorneys I have ever worked with, find somewhere else to go.

If you’re seeking an honorable attorney, who maintains his word, follows through with what he says he’ll do? Terry Shoemaker is not such an attorney. He was referred to me, gave his word to get the body cam of a corrupt cop, after 5 weeks heard nothing, made second appointment, only to have him admit “he had forgotten”. After second detailed conversation, and his agreeing of this cops corrupt behavior, and my agreeing to pay a third security deposit. He claimed he would request the body cam. He never made any effort, even after learning the corrupt cop filed a false report, and had his buddies tracking me down because I called him out for being a rouge, corrupt, lying cop in front of his supervisor. Mr Shoemaker talks a good story. But talks cheap when the story is good.
