I really liked Shenelle. It was my first time seeing her and I thought she did a very thorough follow up. She answered all my questions and explained the findings of the endoscopy. Very pleasant bedside manner and did it with a smile reassuring me that if I had any concerns that she didn't cover I could always call the office.
My visits to Borland Groover have always been pleasant. The scheduling and check in processes are easy, the staff is friendly and the offices are run in a highly efficient manner. My latest visit with Shenelle was no different
It was a thorough and informativefpllow-up.. She also made sure I had arrangements for further study as suggested by the doctor. I appreciate the time Shenelle spent to explain and advise. Blessing fot the work she does for others!.
Shenelle Paulson is an incredible part of Dr Cabi's team! She is able to communicate with the patient in a kind and comforting manner. She is professional, yet in a way that makes her feel like a friend.
It was delight seeing her again as usually she's always pleasant and kind. If it wasn't for her suggesting a colonoscopy back in 2022 I don't think we would've found out I had colon cancer. She was a God sent. 🙏🏾
