We recently used Shark Signs of NE FL for a project and wanted to post about our *exceptional* experience. We are not located in the area and needed more guidance than a typical local would in branding our new location. Brad not only helped us with the signage project Shark Signs was fabricating, but also provided several referrals for the smaller projects he wasn't able to assist with. • City permitting/Sign fabrication/Installation times were more than acceptable. • Final product was high quality and exactly as promised. • Impeccable customer service.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience we had with Shark Signs. Initially, we were impressed with the professionalism and kindness displayed by Chris during our interactions. However, our disappointment stems from the fact that despite the project not moving forward due to the landlord's disapproval, Shark Signs cashed our payment check. Subsequently, when we requested a refund, we were surprised to learn about a $400 design fee that was never disclosed to us upfront. This lack of transparency and unexpected charges have left us with a negative impression of your company. We believe that such practices are unethical, especially when considering that design fees are not commonly charged by signage companies. We urge you to reconsider your approach to billing and communication with customers. Transparency and honesty are crucial in building trust, and we hope that our experience serves as constructive feedback for your company.

We had a sign for our business go down during the hurricane last year and made numerous calls to different sign companies with no response. I called shark signs and these guys were out here next day to let me know a price. Not only did they help with that but also assisted in some preexisting damage to a letter on our building. The price was fair, the punctuality was perfect and service was outstanding. I highly recommend these guys and will use them for all my sign needs.

Great service. I had a very large storefront sign that I needed to get rid of or be charged by the Landlord. These guys did a great job of working with my buyer who I never met to handle the entire case without my involvement at all. I never even met Amber. I just sent a few emails, and done - easy! Definitely go with these guys!
