Shannon's agency helped us with a couple of things recently and were very responsive and understanding. We needed to make the home insurance more affordable; they discovered that the home had been appraised at a highter value than it should have been, so they reduced that and lowered the premium. Also, my mother had been on both the homeowner's and car insurance policies as a co-owner, so both her and my stepdad's signatures were required to transact any business. She passed away in July and Jennifer was a great help in removing her name from all of the policies so that the refunds and other changes could be made.
Jennifer Jutton was very helpful and polite. This has been the best decision I made switching to Shannon Johnson’s agency. Started off with Ashley which was so helpful and outstanding and Shannon was also so helpful and outstanding and then Jennifer who’s is outstanding and so helpful.
