Sloppy Seth is what I shall call this review. Seth came referred by a trusted contact and I couldn't have been less impressed with his lack of concern, professionalism and attention to detail. I own a rental property in a LLC and was forced to seek representation by the courts for eviction after filing evictions with damages summons. The paperwork was already filed and assigned to a judge. All Seth had to do was file an amendment for representation and this took him almost a week after I paid a retainer fee of $750 (I was told this amount was more due to the fact I had the summons II complaint). There were mistakes after mistakes and I just felt that Seth is running a paper mill, rather than a true professional attorney that is concerned about his client's best interests. The way he spoke to me during the experience was absolutely horrendous and downright unprofessional. If you are seeking an attorney to help with your eviction, RUN AWAY from Sloppy Seth!
Seth has represented my interest in legal matters several times over the past few years. I must say that he has done a wonderful job in helping me understand the legal world and the management of associated risks. I wholeheartedly recommend Seth to anyone looking for a fair, friendly and highly talented attorney.
We have been working with Seth Rothstien in our real estate transactions for years and have never been disappointed. If you are a landlord with a troublesome tenant this is your answer. I have referred, family, friends and associates over the years and always got great feed back. I highly recommend Seth as a Real Estate Attorney in Jacksonville FL.
I have closed dozens of real estate transactions with Seth Rothstein. He and his staff do an excellent job and can handle any situation thrown at them. I am comfortable giving him the most complex real estate transactions knowing that they will be closed with no issues whatsoever. Thank you for the job you do.
Seth is awesome always so helpful with our real estate transactions and alike! Amazing personality and quality service you can count on. This guy rocks!
