Absolutely unacceptable experience at this dealership. My husband brought his Accord in for a simple oil change using a coupon from the dealership. He had a scheduled appointment — yet he was still forced to wait two hours for a basic service. But the worst part? They drained his oil and never put new oil back in. Not only that, but they left oil splashed all over the engine, as shown in the photos. It is extremely clear that no care was taken, and even worse, it seems intentional or extremely negligent. Driving a car with no oil can destroy an engine — this is not a small mistake. This is dangerous. There is no excuse for a dealership service department to return a vehicle in this condition. It’s careless, unsafe, and shows a complete lack of professionalism. If my husband had driven the car any significant distance, the engine could have been ruined. We will not be returning, and I strongly recommend anyone considering service here to look elsewhere. If this is how they treat a simple oil change, imagine what could happen with anything more serious.
I had an excellent experience at Atlantic Coast Honda. At first, my service advisor Mr.Paul Boner welcomed me professionally and helped me with everything I needed to know about to service my vehicle. Mr.Paul is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend him and the Atlantic Coast Honda. I will trust them with any future repairs.
Greatly appreciate the help of John Blair (Service Advisor) in getting our vintage Accord serviced recently. He took the time to listen to our concerns and was excellent in his explanations of recommended service and timing. Highly recommend dealing with Mr. Blair if you need service.
Totally satisfied. Super friendly and efficient staff. My advisor was Paul - he started the appointment on time, it wrapped-up quickly, and provided a fully documented, written report upon concluding. The overall price was as advertised with no hidden fees or charges, and I even got a loaner car included. This business has earned my trust for sure. (Thanks also to Vicky the receptionist!!)
Three hours for a simple oil change and brake fluid flush and refill seemed excessively long. But I appreciated the thorough assessment of the condition of my car.
