Emily is a caring, kind and knowledgeable provider and she takes her sweet time releasing the fascia. I’m at the beginning of my treatment plan with her and really look forward to my next appointment! I am confident she will get me the results I am seeking!
Emily is a lovely, sweet, kind and caring Rolfer! Her mentor Wanda Silva chose wisely! Emily not ONLY got me out of the pain I had been experiencing for over 2 months She got my body a range of motion I was unable to achieve alone. I am out of my recliner- MOVING at my own free will, back to doing hobbies and enjoying my summer 10 Fold! But Please don’t steal ALL my appointments. I want to accomplish the entire set.
My session of Rolfing with Emily was amazing. I had muscle pain in my hips and she focused on that area. Feeling much better and really appreciated the suggestions for stretching and improving my walking gate.
Very good experience on my second Rolfing visit with Emily. I have increased mobility and body alignment. I highly recommend her.
Positively a complete healing experience for my first time. Many benefits have been felt, mostly better alignment.
