I want to take this opportunity to share my written appreciation for the tremendous support I've received from Ms. Christine Hart, Division Vice President of Sentry Management. Since moving into our new home in November 2025, each contact I've made with Ms. Hart has been responded to in a timely and most professional manner. Her responsiveness to questions I've had, or assistance in addressing procedural requirements has helped to make my wife's and my transition to this new community a smooth one. I am truly grateful for her support and feel that a written comment to share this appreciation is warranted.
Shanda has always been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive. She makes the approval process smooth and always answers my questions in a timely manner. It’s a pleasure working with someone who truly cares about providing excellent customer service. Thank you, Shanda!
Wonderful new office vibe. Nice to see a renewed energy in such a strong property management company as Sentry. New updated fresh approach to property management. Would not hesitate to recommend them as your next property management company.

I had a very pleasant experience at Sentry Management, especially the services provided by Carlista. She was very understanding, helpful, and gave excellent customer service.
