Senior Helpers has been the lifeline that has allowed my 99 year old father in law to remain in his own home. They have been super responsive to our everchanging needs. An example is that when he had a brief stay in a Rehab Center that demanded that he have someone in the room with him at all times. I called Senior Helpers and they had a caregiver there within the hour and fully staffed helpers 24/7 for the remainder of his stay there!
they have me on a pick line the home health nurse supposed to be out every Tuesday to take my blood and send it to the lab to see where I stand with this IV. It could shut my kidney zone if I have too much that's why the test on Tuesday are very important. The nurse never showed up today. She's supposed to be here at 8:30. I've been calling back-and-forth trying to get a hold of someone all they tell me is oh I'll have them call you why I'm sitting here with this pick line. Don't know if I should put another IV in or not bad service.
My nurse, has been an incredible blessing to me and my family. Senior Helpers has consistently been responsive and readily available. The nurse who conducts my quarterly visits, always makes me feel heard and valued. Her excellent memory is refreshing, and I don’t have to constantly revisit past traumas. The company’s thoughtful gestures, such as holiday and birthday cards, add a personal touch that makes me feel genuinely cared for. I’ve never encountered any issues with the office staff, and my overall experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Tina is the BEST!
My brother hired Senior Helpers West Jacksonville to help our Mom. Everyone we interacted with at this agency was excellent. The caregivers were all very kind, trustworthy, and compassionate people. The caregivers were on time for every shift. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a caregiver for themselves or a family member. 5 Stars. Truly excellent service from everyone we interacted with. We hired this company for in-home care and also for one overnight shift at a hospital to sit with our Mom so I could get some sleep while knowing she had someone we trusted there with her. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family without any hesitation.
Senior Helpers is the best they are a beautiful group of helpers I don’t know what I would do without them they are awesome
