Before getting into bed with this company PLEASE know who you’re working for! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CAREGIVERS!! They allow clients to make false accusations against you and instead of doing an investigation to further prove your innocence, they bench you with no REAL proof and/or evidence of wrong doing!! If you want a company that actually CARES and/or fights for you THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT COMPANY FOR YOU!!!!
Great caregiver and helper. Excellent customer service and a pleasure to have.
Working with Senior Helpers has been a gift to have compassionate caregivers that take very good care of my husband and myself to allow me the opportunity and peace of mind to take time off to have Respite. They do a wonderful job. I’m very blessed for the services. thanks to the VA.
Very pleased with Senior Helpers services. They are very trustworthy, reliable, and caring to my husband.
Care staff are mostly useless and lazy. They spend all day on their phones and barely spoke to my husband. Most just want to sit around, one walked out because she didn't want to take my husband on a walk. We had one good caregiver early on but the administrative staff got her in trouble for accepting gas money to take my husband to an appointment. Failed to send caregivers on multiple occasions as well. Disappointed to say the least
