Incredible experience! I contacted Sena and Larry Baker with First Coast Realty of Jacksonville when I needed to sell my home. They immediately sat down with me and my wife and clearly explained the process, fees, and what I should expect. I chose them as our realtor and within days we had a buyer. Sena and Larry walked us through the closing process, and everything went smoothly. A couple of weeks later, I was ready to buy a new home. Again, I contacted Sena who asked me what I was looking for and location. She later contacted me after seeing a home she believed my wife and I would like, and she was correct. We were trying to find a home on our own but could not find anything close to what Sena found for us. Her attention to detail and knowledge of her clients cannot be overlooked. Sena and Larry managed our house for five years while we were overseas. We never had any underlap in tenants, and they ensured the property was well-maintained. When we sold the house, Sena and Larry did an excellent job preparing and listing the house, and got us a great price. Sena is AMAZING. From the minute she took our listings until the time we got contracts and our houses closed, she was with us every step of the way. We never had to ask questions, she handled everything for us on all 3 houses. She treated us and considered us part of her family. It was such a comforting feeling to know she was our Realtor and there was nothing we had to worry about. One of the best things about using her was she saved us thousands of dollars with her commission structure. Sena and Larry were so great to work with. Not only are they super nice and friendly people, they saved me money!
