Today I went to this U-Haul location to ask whether they had a spare key for the truck we rented, as we accidentally locked the key inside the vehicle. I approached the situation politely and respectfully, fully aware that this was our mistake. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was terrible. The employee who assisted me—an older white man with a heavy build—had an extremely rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant attitude from the very beginning. I do not know his name, but I hope this description helps identify who assisted me. He spoke to me with obvious irritation, showed no interest in helping, and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the entire interaction. What was even more concerning was that the moment he heard me speaking another language, I felt a noticeable change in his attitude and the way he treated me. His behavior became even colder and more dismissive, which left me with a very negative impression. I completely understand that the situation with the key was our responsibility and that there may not have been an immediate solution available. My issue was not the answer I received, but the way I was treated. Being professional and respectful toward customers should be the bare minimum. I genuinely regret renting from this location. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had, and I hope management addresses situations like this so that future customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

Amber and the rest of the staff working on Sunday 6-15 were extremely helpful and very kind. It was blazing hot and I was unloading my trailer by myself. I came inside to use the restroom and Amber was nice enough to give me a cup of cold water. That kind of customer service doesn’t happen everywhere so thank you!
Staff in the past were always very rude and not friendly except for the last time I was there to empty the unit. This uhaul location is infested with roaches and rats inside the indoor part where people store your items. The outdoor units have tons of bugs as well. I have seen both there. They need to start Pest Control there immediately for the roaches and rats. A local Pest Control company could do the job very easily every month to maintain. They make enough money just from one customers large storage rent to pay for Pest Control each month. They have not done anything to make this place any better in many many years. Pretty Sad.
I only had storage for a month went to retrieve mi belongings and my furniture was damp and mildewed I am very unhappy it’s ridiculous I put stuff in storage so that it would be safe n protected from anything … contacted uhaul told me she can only put in claim n someone will contact me 2 days later still no contact made…. Do not use this storage ‼️
Purchased a large TV box, 12 boxes which are large for a smaller vehicle like mine. Josh was EXTREMELY helpful. Made everything fit inside my car and thay TV box is large. Thank you Josh for making things easier during a stressful move!!
