Self-Storage at U-Haul

This is a good central location for a U-Haul. Rates are reasonable for all units types. They did a recent remodel on the ground floor to remove the 4x5 box units and replaced them with much larger units. Good staff always willing to listen and help. Only real downside is the small parking lot for rentals and renters. One elevator in the building. Plus you need to be aware of foot traffic in immediate area.

Staff is very helpful and the place overall is clean and well kept including the storage units.

I forgot the lady that helped me on 2/11/25 around 6pm ish was so professional and polite. She was helping me and another customer came in and she was attentive to both of and never skipped beat. She seen me on the camera I assumed and she came out the door to greet me. I was in and out in no time. Thank you. P.S. let her know how AWESOME she was/is.

I absolutely loved my experience at the Uhaul storage downtown Jacksonville. The staff is beyond helpful and are great people who really care. Bryan is a wonderful manager. He was a blessing to me during my time at the storage unit and has gone above and beyond anything I could have imagined to ensure that my experience with Uhaul was nothing but the best. I am grateful for my experience. I will definitely be recommending The Downtown Jacksonville Uhaul storage facility to as many people as possible.
