Select Physical Therapy - Baymeadows - Southside

My 1st day of therapy was excellent. My therapist was very friendly and knowledgeable about what my problem was and knew how to fix it. Heading back today!

Julia, OT Specialist, is absolutely amazing! Her attributes makes you feel confident and safe. She's knowledgeable, considerate, and consistent in your treatment. Julia listens to your concerns, explains your treatment plans, and allows you to ask questions about your treatment. I definitely would recommend her and the rest of the staff at this location. Thank you so much Julia for everything you did for me during my road of recovery.

Thank you I appreciate these five tips I will try them out it'll help me out tremedesly

Would never ever go back! Their communication system is a NIGHTMARE! 10 reminder text messages in less than 30 hours - this is harassment, losing all of my information except for my address in their computer, and then charging for a visit when I showed up a few minutes early when the sign on their door said open at 7 a.m. Turns out they were at lunch but no one put a sign on the door saying that. I left after driving an hour to get there. That's on them but they're still charging for that non-visit. I canceled every appointment with them. I CANNOT STATE EMPHATICALLY ENOUGH THAT I WILL NEVER EVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM!
