This past weekend at the Seawalk Pavilion, the Blues Springtime Festival brought together a vibrant mix of musicians, delicious food, and unique crafts. The event was made even better by the incredible staff, who kept everything running smoothly and created such a welcoming atmosphere.
This is a very high energy place! The live music 🎶 was Free and the rest of the carnival type entertainment was also Free. Everyone was having a great time then unfortunately the night I was there, there was a teen takeover and 4 people were shot. This is not a good way for a city to attract tourists. I'd be very careful if you ever go to this venue, It was total pandemonium! I will NEVER be going back after an incident like that. I spent most of my day in the exact location of the shooting! PRAYERS TO ALL INVOLVED!
Just attended Springing the Blues. Jax Beach does an excellent job of providing support, and everything went very smoothly. There are plenty of restrooms, security, and, of course, the beautiful venue right off the beach. Makes living in Florida a real treat.
Beautiful place on the beach for music venues, art walks shows, and other beach gatherings. Today, 01/01/2026, at 9am, was the annual New Year's Polar Plunge on the beach. What a well attended event. Love this Jacksonville Beach location.
Was at the Seawalk Pavillion for the annual "Deck the Chairs" event. The event was, as usual, very nice. It was well-represented by all the different businesses and organizations that decorated the lifeguard beach chairs beautifully. A very enjoyable evening walking through the exhibit.
