After a year as a client at Seaside, I've decided to part ways due to persistent communication issues. Throughout our relationship, reaching Rachel has been extremely difficult. My most recent attempt included two emails, a follow-up email, a text message, and a phone call — none of which received a response. I understand that accountants are busy, but responding to clients is a basic professional expectation. Even a brief reply declining to help would have been appreciated. With 25 years in business, I've worked with a lot of people and a lot of companies. How a business communicates says everything — it reflects respect for the client, internal organization, and company culture. Unfortunately, Seaside fell short on all of these. What makes this especially disheartening is that this wasn't a one-time lapse. It was a pattern throughout our entire relationship. I hope this feedback leads to real improvement for future clients.
Rachel was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable and always gave me a great advice and insight. I run a small business and I was a confused on how to make everything official with the IRS and the State of FL. They not only helped me but took the time to go through the registration process, sales tax certificate and more. Each time I reached out to them with questions or for assistance they are quick to respond. Best decision I’ve made for my business. I highly recommended Seaside Business Solutions!
