Seagrass Village of Fleming Island

Mostly OK. Pretty minimal resident advocacy. They will tell tell assisted living residents to sign themselves up for toenail care or request their own workorders. Staff are compartmentalized and do not work together in a clear way. But they do have lots of meetings. You always have to have someone call back because they're in meetings. You might have to ask several times. Assisted living medication is hit and miss. Many ,many mistakes. No logs. No accountability. No resident portal for loved ones to review account and billing, notes, medication logs, vital checks. no records available to residents or family. But it looks nice and aside from memory care, smells ok. Meals do seem C- from what I've tried and seen. It feels like their SRI management has a lot of improvement to do.

My nana lives here, and all I hear about are the fun activities they do! I think they recently did a concert with live music, and she loved that so much! It makes me so happy to know she's being taken care of, receiving the best treatment, and she has so many nice things to say about the staff there. The head maintenance man seems to be her favorite.

This is my dad’s first week at Seagrass Village and we are very impressed! The welcome he received from the staff & residents was warm and inviting! The food is delicious and there is a great variety for him to choose from!

We just toured Seagrass with my MIL and we all were very impressed. The place is extremely clean and welcoming. The residents and employees all seem happy. The food we had at lunch was delicious.
