We are new to Jacksonville (family of 4, including 2 toddlers & 2 pups) We did lots of research on best areas to live & our budget landed us in Seagrass Apts. I was a little resistant to moving into an apt, but this has been such a wonderful change. The property is kept up very well. Maintenance is so helpful, friendly, and very prompt! The ladies in the office always make me feel so welcome when I pop into the office to ask random questions, trying to get settled. My kids adore the playground, which happens to be right next door to the dog park so bringing the whole family out for some fun is so easy. And a wonderful bonus is that our kids go to the elementary school right next door so we can walk to school on those nice sunny days. I really love it here. They also lease out bikes here for free, which is a nice option to have. I haven’t experienced summers here yet, but the pools, fire pits, look so nice & relaxing we can’t wait for summer to enjoy the beautiful pools here. I’ve met a few families/neighbors here and everyone is so kind and welcoming. I’m so grateful to live in such a wonderful place.
We’re new to the area and stopped in for a walk-in tour, and Kamaria was absolutely amazing. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel effortless. She quickly helped us narrow down the floor plans and options that best fit what we were looking for and provided helpful information about both the community and the surrounding area. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help really stood out. Kamaria is a stellar leasing agent and made a lasting impression on us. If you're looking for a new home, definitely ask for her! 😊
Good location, great staff and beautiful property. Robyn made the move in process super easy and has been wonderful. This apartment complex is a steal for the area.
I’ve moved from Pennsylvania without knowing the area. The staff at seagrass is amazing. Melissa is a great manager! Natasha, Janet and the entire office team is friendly and responsive. I have to mention Greg and his ground keeping team as they do an amazing joe (see pictures below). I am very happy at Seagrass!
Robyn was Great!!! Answered questions knowledgeably and professionally. Provided Informative Content regarding community, apartment and leasing process, while walking us through the process. I would recommend Robyn to anyone, you should ask for her to help you!!
