Screening Mammography - HealthPlace at Fleming Island

it deserves five stars, but I had to fill out so much information online and then had to fill out more information on an iPad when I got there; that was the only negative. I have older friends who would not be able to handle all that.

I highly recommend this facility to everyone ! Everyone that waited on me was extremely sweet and made me feel very comfortable !

Everyone was friendly and professional. The facility was nice and clean, very welcoming!! Plus I was the first appointment of the morning, so it was a quick session with me. I would definitely recommend this facility, my experience was very pleasant!!

I simply cannot say enough how grateful I am to have all these wonderful Baptist Medical facilities on Fleming Island!!!. I grew up out here in 1967. There was NOTHING out here! Since I have been back living here since 2005, I am so thrilled to have seen the addition of so much fantastic medical care available within 2 miles of my home! Just cannot be more thankful for the whole Baptist Care System on Fleming island! The other day, I set up appointments for a mammogram and a bone density scan within 15 or 20 minutes of each other. I walked in the facility early, was taken in immediately, and was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Not only that but the fabulous MY CHART app keeps me apprised of everything I do and I literally had the results of my bone density scan in my chart the next morning! One day later! I love my Baptist facilities on Fleming Island!!!
