He was always very quick to respond, answered all my questions, and has tremendous knowledge about pools, heaters, equipment, etc. I purchased a new pool heater from him and my experience could not have been more positive. He showed up as promised, completed his work with precision and neatness to make it as aesthetically appealing as possible – and I’m OCD, and even gave me expert advice on a few unrelated pool challenges. I had the best experience I’ve ever had with Scott! He was able to diagnose my pool problem over the phone (suction valve cover broken) gave me a suggestion of a less expensive fix and then came and promptly fixed the problem! While he was at our home, he tolerated our questions and gave professional insight on the type of cleaner to buy (which had nothing to do with our original problem LOL). He was so knowledgeable, professional and personable which is a hard combination to find. He’s our go-to pool guy from now on! Thanks Scott!
