Scott was able to help navigate us in this busy market. He took the extra time necessary to help us finally buy a home! His experience in real estate helped us win in a multiple offer situation. We are so thankful we found him to buy our home! I would highly recommend him and am so thankful for all his help!
Scott helped us to both buy and sell our home. He went above and beyond in many ways. Scott has excellent communication, was very knowledgeable, and was always available for questions throughout the process. He is honest and truly cares about his clients. Scott was instrumental in helping us buy and sell our home. Thanks Scott!
Our experience working with Scott Burch was exceptional. His guidance and advice were so helpful throughout the process. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor!
I’ve worked with Scott now for the purchase of two different properties and both times he was extremely professional and responsive. He went above and beyond to share properties I hadn’t considered and has even been helpful well after the sale with questions I’ve had. I can’t recommend him enough.
With his extensive knowledge of growing up in St.Augustine, he guided us into a neighborhood that was excellent for us. In addition, he took the time to listen to our wants and needs. I highly recommend him in any real estate transaction.
