I have had a wonderful experience at Scoliosis PT & Pilates Jax for almost a year. My doctor recommended Pilates after a scoliosis diagnosis. Prior to working with Natalie, I had frequent neck and shoulder pain, and bad posture. I expected Pilates to improve my posture, but was thrilled when it also eliminated my neck pain and made me stronger and more energetic. Donne, Natalie and the rest of the staff create a fun, encouraging atmosphere that has improved my overall health. I cannot recommend them enough!
