We were referred to this amazing dental team by our friends and I’m going to refer everyone I know to them. I have been going to Dr. Schumacher for 20 years and have always had an excellent experience. Recently, my crown fell out and I called to get an appointment for a replacement. I was fitted with a temporary crown and 3 days later the temporary crown fell out. I called on Saturday, Dec 30th, and left a message under the prompt for emergency calls. I understand that it happened over the holiday weekend, but what was really frustrating is that no one returned my call to set an appointment to address the issue. The only call I received was on Jan 2 at 4pm asking me to make a payment for the permanent crown. During that call, I asked why no one returned my call to address the temporary crown that fell off and all I got was, sorry. I hate to leave Dr. Schumacher, he's a great dentist, but I am considering to find another dentist. For dental emergencies, who do you call? Lack of follow up from the staff

My first visit with Dr. Schumacher was amazing. I am a senior citizen, and without question it is the most thorough exam of teeth and gums that i have ever had. I was extremely pleased with the treatment I received. The entire team was friendly, helpful, and interested in assisting me in the best way possible.
