I can’t say enough good things about this fragrance store. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. There was no pressure, no hovering — just a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to take my time and really experience each scent. Being able to sniff at my own pace without feeling rushed made such a difference. The owner is truly one of the sweetest people I’ve met. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and love what they do. She was attentive without being overbearing, helpful without being pushy, and made the whole experience feel personal and thoughtful. Customer service was absolutely perfect. It’s rare to find a place that combines great products with such kindness and authenticity. I’ll definitely be back — this is the kind of small business you want to support again and again.

Where do I even begin?! Jessi and Mindy are absolutely AMAZING! I brought my mother here to celebrate her 53rd birthday and they went completely above and beyond to make it the most special day. Every little detail was so thoughtfully done and we felt so incredibly welcomed from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is beautiful, the fragrances are luxurious, and the knowledge these ladies have is truly impressive. They helped my mom find her perfect scent — Bond No. 9 Park Avenue — and she wore it to dinner that evening. The projection was STUNNING. She smelled absolutely incredible and could not stop smiling all night. If you are looking for a one-of-a-kind fragrance experience with women who genuinely CARE about making you feel special, this is your place. Amazing experience I drove from Orlando Florida to Jacksonville that's a two and a half hour drive and I would make that trip anytime. the store had amazing customer service, very knowledgeable, very friendly I never felt rushed, I never felt like I was a burden to them. they let me sample anything I liked, and anything else I was curious for. they gave me samples to take home they always mentioned if there's promotion for a certain brand. discount for military & first responders they went above and beyond my expectations. I bought four bottles from them, and I can see myself coming back next week just to get four more Jesse and Ella are phenomenal, can't thank you enough. A family owned and ran business you should checkout.

I have been coming here for many many years and I have always been greeted very kind and warm and professional. This is a family owned business and they have ALWAYS went out of their way to help. They are all very knowledgeable and if they don’t have the item in stock they will add you to the list and call you when it comes in. Don’t believe the low reviews..most of them leave bad reviews for everyone if you look at their profile. These are really great people to deal with. Authentic product(many other places you don’t know what you are getting) and a very large selection. Very fair prices..not trying to price gauge anyone..always cheaper than the big department stores. I have been here about 50 times..and I will keep coming back. I highly recommend this business.
