It is more than15 miles of fire road. Excelent for CX, GRAVEL & MTB. Great for training. Use hydratation pack in summer time. No way to get a flat tire (at least on a MTB).Use Roscou Blvd entrance to get the trail from the start. Restrooms available at both ends and water .
Really lovely family friendly neighborhood. Maybe I am prejudiced with niece and her family living in a home in this community.
Liked it. Excellent neighborhood, great houses, and nice lakes. There are alligators in the ponds.
