Sawgrass Nails

This is not my usual nail salon, but I was in the area and the staff was very nice and accommodating. I went in last week with a same day appointment with no problem. Got seated right away (they even took me an hour early!!) I will say this is not the most ascetically pleasing salon I’ve been to, but for just a simple gel nail polish manicure, it did the job. I’d recommend Sawgrass Nails to anyone in the area and happily go back.

I love sawgrass nails. Jennifer (J-lo) always provides fast and exceptional service. I usually get gel polish but this time she did a full set with sns.

Terrible experience. Called for an appointment in advance, 2/3 people in our party waited over an hour. I asked them to do a flower on my daughter’s toe, a simple white 5 dots would have worked. The technician said No I don’t know how. She also would not do French tips on her because her nails were so short even though my daughter and I wanted to match. They ran out of paraffin wax when we ordered a pedicure for that. The cheap UV box’s they use for gel were scalding hot when you first put your nails in. I brought all of these issues to their attention and they still charged us full price. I have never written a bad review for a small business in my life, this was atrocious and terrible. They only care about their “regulars” and it’s very clear. Multiple regulars were serviced BEFORE us as we waiting despite having an appointment.

I stopped going here years ago because the people never keep my appointments. I received a birthday gift certificate so thought I would give them another try. Arrived 5 minutes early for my 9:00 a.m. appointment which is the first of the day and they asked me if I could wait an hour. Ridiculous! If you have a life and other things to do in your day don't go here because you will have to sit and wait because they don't honor appointments.
