Update: It's now going to be six years and my concrete looks like it was poured a month ago. There are no low spots, no cracks, the finish is still perfect. This is a passed down family business and his bids are competetive. Thanks Josh for an outstanding work of art! I’m building a home in Middleburg and Josh did an outstanding job pouring the floor and sidewalks. He performed the tractor work and leveling before hand. The floors and porch looks beautiful. His crew shows up on time and stays late until the job is done. His rates are very competitive and I’m having him come back to do the driveways. Sauer came highly recommended by our builder and I understand why.
Fantastic work and a very honest business. They did my house, and several garages over the years. Highly recommend! You can trust Josh!

The best, prompt, professional and dependable. Stand behind their work and every job is important.
Have had two driveways and a sidewalk from them. Great company and people.
