I visited one of the doctors, completed a full physical, and we agreed that she would prescribe a six-month supply of a medication I've been taking successfully for several years. Instead, only a 30-day supply was sent to the pharmacy. When it came time for a refill, I called the office and clearly explained that I needed the **extended-release capsule** formulation. Instead, they prescribed the wrong medication altogether—an immediate-release tablet in the wrong dosage. I called back multiple times to have the error corrected. Despite speaking with staff on three separate occasions, the prescription was never updated, and my pharmacy never received the correct refill. This has been incredibly stressful. I'm in my 60s, and this isn't an optional medication—it's something I rely on every day. Being without it has already caused painful withdrawal and side effects. Mistakes can happen, but repeatedly failing to correct them, not following up, and leaving a patient without an essential medication is unacceptable. Whether this organization is free or not, patients deserve accurate prescriptions, clear communication, and timely follow-through. My experience has been the complete opposite. If you're considering this provider, I would strongly encourage you to look at other options. Based on my experience, I simply could not trust them with something as important as managing ongoing medications.

I had a great experience at this medical office. The facility is extremely clean and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff was efficient without making me feel rushed, and they truly took the time to listen to my concerns and needs. It’s not always easy to find a place that combines professionalism with genuine care, but they do it well here. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care.
I am extremely satisfied with the care I receive at this location. When you aren't feeling well, it is so important to be surrounded by staff who are genuinely compassionate and kind. The team here sincerely cares about their patients. A special shoutout to Josh at the front desk—he is always pleasant and helpful. My Medical Assistant, Jasmine, is also wonderful; she is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, My Doctor Caroline, she made the right call when it mattered the most. They make every visit a better experience. Not to mention we always have a great time when I'm there. Highly recommend!
Fast, efficient, friendly. I dont feel like just a number here. They take their time to help, listen and give care. I'm so glad my insurance changed and I had to switch over because this is such a great medical center. Thanks Josh at the front desk and thanks to my PCP Caroline :)
I had a appointment which was rescheduled because they canceled my last one that I was going to be a few minutes late for which I called and the lady said she was going to make a note and never did. I got there four minutes late and they said they couldn’t see me,which if the lady at the front Was nicer about it. I probably wouldn’t have been as mad, but she didn’t even look up at me. She was unapologetic and nasty. She made me never want to come there ever again.
