An absolute gem!! The store is beautifully curated, with a high-end feel that makes shopping such a wonderful experience! Everything is impeccably organized, so easy to browse and find standout pieces without feeling overwhelmed. The selection is fantastic- stylish, quality items that feel both unique and timeless. You can really tell they put care into choosing what they carry. Whether you're looking for something special or just want to enjoy a relaxed, elevated shopping experience, this boutique is a must visit! I'll definitely be back soon!
Five stars! Found a beautiful dress and jumpsuit here. The owner is super friendly and provides honest styling advice, which I really valued. She even told me when a piece didn't suit me perfectly. A must-visit boutique in St. Augustine for any vintage lover!
Sandpiper Boutique is fabulous and the favorite 'go to' spot for all my retail therapy. I have been shopping and consigning with them since they opened and always feel appreciated and valued. The array of clothing and accessories is mindboggling and changes with every visit. Kat and the crew has reinvented my look, saved me money and make my day every time I visit. I don't usually read other reviews but I was surprised to see one, two, and three stars and wanted to see why. Most take issue with the owner and staff being rude or dismissive but that is beyond hard to believe. I have never walked through the door without a warm welcome and sincere offer of help if I need anything. I sure hope those comments do not dissuade someone from a wonderful shopping experience!!
I rarely leave reviews, but after two disappointing experiences at this shop, I feel compelled to share. Both times, the owner was shockingly rude and condescending—as if she’s running a high-end designer boutique (even then, Louis Vuitton has treated me with more respect). The first time I visited, she spoke so harshly to my very shy toddler that it made her cry. Saying “Don’t touch that, those very very nice coats” (then why are they low enough for kids to touch) then my daughter ran to my legs and started tearing up and the lady continued to say “you didn’t like that, how I spoke to you did you?” Gross. That alone should’ve been reason enough not to return, but I gave it another shot and brought in some high-quality name-brand items for consignment. As soon as I walked in, she stopped me at the door to say they “don’t accept trash bags.” I get it—standards—but not everyone has endless “totes” lying around. Her tone was dismissive, she rolled her eyes, and spoke down to me like I was beneath her. Saying “you must have never consigned before, have you? Do better. Needless to say, I won’t be back. Customer service matters—especially in consignment, where people are bringing you business. Orange Blossom was a far better experience when it was open with a kind and respectful owner. Trust me, go to FIFI’S instead. Edit to say What an absolute LIE that my daughter damaged anything in your store. She is very shy and was next to me the entire time, including the moment you said not to touch the “expensive coats”. Shame on you for coming up with that lie to try to justify your behavior.
I could not be more thrilled with my shopping experience at Sandpiper. First, it is organized and clean. The variety of clothing and sizes are great. If you live in the area go often, you never know what you are going to find.
