It is not a real train station lol. It is a modern remodel. A cool little soho type area that has some food trucks, model art, a quirky ice cream parlour, a Mexican restaurant and a Panera
AshCo has done a great job with this location. Panera Mayday and La Noplaera, with a great patio area make my lunch time very relaxing.
it's an old train station when San Marco was its own town in the early 1900s called South Jacksonville . South Jacksonville was annexed into Jacksonville in 1927 I believe .
