The "doctor" just wanted me to run around in circles taking more time off work to do something that I've already done to end up in her office. Because she had not heard of something I requested, meant her job was done; no research on her part to see if what i requested was possible; just "I've never heard of that", so I guess that's means it doesn't exist, even though me PCP referred me because he's not an ophthalmologist. And I still had to pay a $50 copay for nothing.

When I was in jail the lady said that there was nothing wrong with my eyesight I get out and they said that my eyes could have been treated with the right drops for blood pressure but now my eye has to be removed because of this lady because she didn't want to listen to an inmate or somebody who was a ward of the state

Had an operation done that was scheduled for multiple months out because they’re so “busy” And my eye wasn’t taken care of properly at all. Lots of unnecessary pain. Now I come back to have another operation (because they messed up) and the doc makes me wait over an hour and a half before seeing them. I had to leave without talking to the doc because I had just finished working a 12h shift and was afraid I’d fall asleep on the way home. Now I still need treatment and I know they won’t take care of me properly.

First of all, I wanna apologize I’m sorry to the nurse take care of me. She explained everything what I got to do before I come back and do my surgery. I got kind 😠 but she was real professional took time to explain everything with me I want to said thank you very much. Everybody in that place was real nice. I’m professional, especially the doctor.
