I have been going to Dr. Fern for a little over five (5) years now. Without a doubt, he is the most caring family practice physician I have ever met in my life. I am still on the "young" side of my 70's but still, that statement encompasses a number of years and a number of family physicians -- especially since I have been "on the move" due to career choices and have not had "roots" to the extent that I have been treated by the same family physician for most of my life. I have also found Dr. Fern to be extremely knowledgeable. He obviously keeps up with the changes in his field and is very, very thorough during his examinations and while making a diagnosis. Any patient will be fortunate indeed to catch him when he is accepting new patients.
Dr. Fern has been my Primary Physician for over 12 years now. He is the only doctor that I have encountered in Jacksonville that seems to care about medical issues I have encountered. He listens to my symptoms, lends a sympathetic ear, takes his time and never acts hurried. He treats me with the utmost respect and values his patients as he does himself. His staff are very professional and the atmosphere involving them is very loving and respectful. He is my favorite doctor I have ever had in my adult life. I moved an hour away from his office, but I refuse to replace him with another doctor. Me and my husband both use him. He is Amazing! Thank you Dr. Fern!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Fern. He listens and doesn't make you feel that he is rushed. The office is run super efficiently, everyone is pleasant and responsive, and appointments can be made easily. When I call, a real person answers the phone. If I am told someone will get back to me, they always do in a timely manner.
I have been Dr. Fern's patient for 18 years and I don't trust anyone but him for my health. One of the most caring doctor I have ever meet. Thank you Dr. Fern for all you do for me I really appreciate you.
Dr. Fern, Thank you for your time on Friday. I have filled out the front page of the documents. I have not heard from Diane, but will have my husband drop it off. My phone is not working but I think she can call me. By the way, you are my favorite doctor.
